Wonderful service from begging to end!!! I called on a Monday afternoon regarding a broken garbage disposal, the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind.  She called one of the  plumbers that was in the field and was able to get someone to do a service call same day.  The Plummer was quick, efficient and cleaned up everything.  Will definitely use Pat Harris Plumbing again!

I called them as a second opinion after the plumber that my "home warranty" sent out proclaimed that the foreclosure house we just purchased and moved into had a broken line running to the sewer, which had to be viewed with a video camera and 

dug up and replaced for at least $5,000-10,000.  

 

Of course, the "home warranty" would not cover this claim.  This other plumber tried to "snake" the line and claimed that he could not get through it because he was "100% certain" that the line was so broken it could not be cleared.  I called Pat Harris plumbing for a second opinion because my old landlord had used them for a house which had severe plumbing problems (a collapsed septic tank), and they had worked miracles. 

 

I am so ecstatic that I called them, because they literally saved me thousands of dollars in being taken by another plumber who thought he could make an easy buck off a lady first-time homeowner.  I told people in my office about my experience, and they said that their parents have called this plumber for years.  their website says they have been in business over 50 years.  thank God for this honest plumber!  we will be customers for life  :)
